A shared international platform

We see the flexibility, low costs and ease of use of connected systems in the combination of local applications such as accounting, invoicing, stock records, connection to the e-shop and our own universal e-shop system, order management and central inventory records.

We are developing our own system for offers and managing the progress of orders, which will be easily connected to local economic software, as well as connected to the e-shop, which will be the same for all countries, only localized and slightly modified.

The e-shop itself is built on a platform that enables its central creation and local installation, including language localization, with a connection to local accounting software.

The functional connection of the system is necessary to handle a large amount of administrative tasks associated with orders, whether warehouse bags, with possible printing or solutions for custom production.

In each country, the website will be operated under a local name corresponding to the Easybag philosophy, i.e. a name that captures the important benefits of fast delivery, will be clearly linked to the bags and will be easy to remember.

Flexible order management

The next step will be the connection of a similar system directly with the e-shop, from which we expect even higher efficiency in order processing and better information and service to our customers when dealing with orders with printing.

Unified warehouse software

When dealing with warehouses in individual countries, we count on local warehouse registration systems, with a connection to the invoicing system and the e-shop. Information on the status of these warehouses will be provided to a central record that all branches will have access to in order to realize business opportunities from the stocks of other countries.

Regional accounting software

There is no need to deploy expensive and complicated international systems for simple documentation of documents, invoicing and warehouse status. We believe that all important functions can be achieved by choosing the right local system, including necessary connections and bridges, while maintaining low costs and entitlement to service and accounting.

GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

Gradual occupation of markets

When selecting countries for the first phase of cooperation, we chose only European Union states adjacent to the headquarters in the Czech Republic, with contiguous borders, countries that are either economically strong or with the potential to increase the standard of living of the population and also increase the demand for customer service. The expected turnover at full performance in all intended locations can be EUR 15 to 25 million per year, depending on the types of clients acquired.
